By providing your information to us through any channel, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide Directly
- Contact details: name, business name, email address, phone number, business location
- Business details: industry, customer list size, current marketing tools, marketing goals
- Communications: messages, replies, and any other content you send us
Information Collected from Meta Lead Forms
When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. shares the information you provided in that form with us in accordance with Meta's terms. This typically includes your name, phone number, and email address. We process this information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location, and similar usage data. We collect this information using cookies, the Meta Pixel, and similar tracking technologies. See “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request
- Send you marketing communications via SMS and email, as described below
- Manage and operate text and email marketing campaigns on your behalf, if you become a customer
- Measure the performance of our advertising and improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents
3. SMS / Text Message Communications (TCPA Notice)
By providing your phone number to BlastDash through our website, a Meta lead form, or any other intake channel, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from BlastDash and its representatives at the phone number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice technology, for marketing and informational purposes.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies.
- Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts.
No Mobile Information Sharing. BlastDash does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver our services (for example, our SMS messaging provider) is not considered third-party sharing for marketing purposes and is governed by contract.
You may revoke your consent to receive text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us, by emailing info@blastdash.io, or by following any other instructions provided in our communications. After we receive your opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message.
4. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
We may send you marketing emails, transactional emails, and service-related communications. Every marketing email we send will include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@blastdash.io. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect your ability to receive transactional or service-related messages.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers (subprocessors) who help us operate our business, including hosting providers (e.g. Vercel), database providers (e.g. Supabase), email and SMS delivery providers, customer relationship tools, and analytics providers. These parties are bound by contract to protect your information and use it only on our behalf.
- Advertising and analytics partners, including Meta Platforms, Inc. We share certain information with Meta to measure ad performance, build custom and lookalike audiences, and optimize advertising campaigns. Meta's use of information it receives is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
- Legal compliance and protection: when required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or government request; or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others; or to investigate fraud or respond to a security incident.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred to a successor entity.
- With your consent: in any other case where you direct us to share your information.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on our website, including:

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures of information for cross-context behavioral advertising (for example, sharing data with Meta for ad targeting) may be considered “sharing” under the CCPA.
