Information Collected from Meta Lead Forms

When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. shares the information you provided in that form with us in accordance with Meta's terms. This typically includes your name, phone number, and email address. We process this information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location, and similar usage data. We collect this information using cookies, the Meta Pixel, and similar tracking technologies. See “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. SMS / Text Message Communications (TCPA Notice)

• Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After we receive your opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message.

4. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)

We may send you marketing emails, transactional emails, and service-related communications. Every marketing email we send will include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@blastdash.io. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect your ability to receive transactional or service-related messages.

Certain disclosures of information for cross-context behavioral advertising (for example, sharing data with Meta for ad targeting) may be considered “sharing” under the CCPA.
